Being fluent in five languages, I work with a wide range of industries, providing valuable insights on Customer Experience, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Team Coaching.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I am also the author of two bestselling books on the transformative power of outstanding Customer Service, reflecting my deep expertise and experience. My passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing led me to become a guest professor at ISCTE \u2013 Executive Education.
