I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics and Fluids, and for 20 years I have been certified in coaching individuals, teams and organizations by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
As an international speaker, I have had the privilege of addressing more than 300,000 people in more than 9 countries. Fluent in 5 languages, I work across a wide variety of industries, providing valuable insights into topics such as customer experience, organizational culture, leadership and team coaching. I am also the author of two best-selling books on the transformative power of a good customer service, reflecting the depth of my knowledge and experience. My passion for teaching and sharing knowledge led me to be a guest professor at ISCTE. Currently, I am expanding my academic horizons by pursuing a Master in Artificial Intelligence.
I am proud to have presented case studies at prestigious universities such as Singapore and Boston and to have been invited to a TEDx in Spain.
