I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in Thermodynamics and Fluids, and have been a certified coach for individuals, teams, and organizations by the ICF (International Coach Federation) for over 20 years.

As an international speaker, I have had the privilege of addressing more than 300,000 people across 9+ countries. Being fluent in five languages, I work with a wide range of industries, providing valuable insights on Customer Experience, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Team Coaching.

I am also the author of two bestselling books on the transformative power of outstanding Customer Service, reflecting my deep expertise and experience. My passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing led me to become a guest professor at ISCTE – Executive Education. Currently, I am expanding my academic horizons by pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence

I take pride in having presented case studies at prestigious universities such as those in Singapore and Boston and in being invited to speak at a TEDx event in Spain.
