As an international speaker, I have had the privilege of addressing more than 300,000 people across 9+ countries. Being fluent in five languages, I work with a wide range of industries, providing valuable insights on Customer Experience, Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Team Coaching.
I am also the author of two bestselling books on the transformative power of outstanding Customer Service, reflecting my deep expertise and experience. My passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing led me to become a guest professor at ISCTE – Executive Education. Currently, I am expanding my academic horizons by pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence
