To be the best is, more and more, a temporary condition. Quickly someone arrives with a better service, product or something else. To be the best, nowadays is a bit unrealistic.
But, there’s an alternative: To be the favourite. Either our customers favourite, our employees or even our suppliers. This means that when it comes to our business it’s us all this people will choose.
